`doggy-bag` wine!
Has anyone been confronted with “drink it or leave it” protocol from a restaurant?
Our remaining 1/3 bottle was recently confiscated from us in the car-park!
Surely there must be some balanced common sense and `leeway` rather than following some (unlisted) legal requirement.
In South Africa, restaurants usually don’t have a license to sell alcohol for you to take home. I stand to be corrected, but the liquor license for a restaurant, would only allow for consumption on the restaurants premises.
