Has anyone yet experienced Load-limiting implemented via the smart-meters by Eskom?
Eskom announced that users will be warned about load limiting times to reduce their power consumption by meant of 30 second cut-off’s intervals. This is implemented through the smart meters. If power consumption will not be reduced after 5 min. by the consumer, load-shedding will take effect.

No comments though by Eskom, how complexes are effected, who have one smart-meter installed for all tenants.
