Hi all, firstly Id like to say im new to the site and what a good idea it is to have such a site focusing on South Africa.

Now to my question. I need to know what rules and regulations there are prohibiting a company such as a small car wash to start on the side of the Road, infront of somebodys house. Are there specific rules against this?

If anybody could give me some insight on this matter id be glad.
